Fay Margaret Grenich

Fay was born on July 19, 1938, to James and Stella Brady in the town of Wenatchee, Washington and passed away peacefully at her home in Kent, Washington the morning of January 21, 2023.  Fay married Fredric Grenich in 1956, supported him through his engineering studies, then started a family. 
Anyone who knew Fay understood her deep passion for gardening. She worked tirelessly over the years to turn her one-acre yard into a series of beautiful spaces.  Fay also enjoyed hosting friends and family for meals and spending time with her grandchildren. 
 In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Linda Redey (George), Todd Grenich (Juli), and four grandchildren: Andrew Redey, Aaliyah Doebler (Ian), Gabi Redey and Zander Grenich.
Services will be held on Monday, January 30, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Edline-Yahn and Covington Funeral Chapel located at 27221 156th Avenue SE, Kent WA 98042. A burial will take place at Tahoma National Cemetery on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at 10:30 a.m.
